Seat suspension: S-shape springs. Seat cushioning: foam. Seat cushion is fixed. Back suspension: foam core, fibre top. Back cushioning: foam. Back cushion is fixed. Arm cushioning: cutting. Chair arms and chair and footstool bases are removable for ease of access. Please allow time for the recliner mechanism to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Leather softens with use. Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly. To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushion’s top two corners and the seat cushion’s outer two corners, and pinch outwards. Please read our upholstery care guide for more advice.
