Description

Bring dramatic lighting to your interior decor with the stunning Lincoln Tripod Floor Lamp. Three of our signature Lincoln tinted glass shades diffuse a soft, relaxed light into your space - making this floor lamp ideal for any living room cosy corner. The statement satin brass finish adds an eclectic aesthetic that stands out among any room.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this tripod floor lamp because of its sleek satin brass finish, which adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to any space. It's versatile enough to work well in contemporary or minimalist interiors, but can also bring an elegant contrast in more eclectic or vintage settings. As a styling tip, consider placing it beside a statement armchair or in a reading nook to create a cosy yet polished corner. To emphasise its modern design, pair it with neutral or monochrome colour schemes, and keep surrounding accessories simple to let the lamp be a focal point. Its adjustable height and distinctive tripod silhouette make it both functional and fashion-forward, ideal for adding an element of visual interest without overwhelming a room.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
