Description
Designed by husband and wife design duo Junpei and lori Tamaki, the black Yugari Low Coffee Table is crafted today by Ligne Roset. The table is finished with a polished Nero Marquina marble surface with raised boarders and a stain-resistant treatment. A simple yet remarkably complex design, the Yugari’s refined table top contrasts with the almost chaotic black steel base.

I’m a big fan of this Yuragi low table for its sleek black marble top and slim metal frame - it brings a refined yet un-fussy feel to a living area. It’s ideal in contemporary, Scandi-inspired or industrial settings, where the dark stone adds a touch of luxe without overwhelming a neutral palette.
For styling, keep accessories minimal: a sculptural vase with a single stem, a couple of art or design books and perhaps a small tray in matt brass or ceramic. The low height also works well in front of a lounge sofa, leaving plenty of room for floor cushions or a textured rug to ground the look.
