Description
Designed by the famous Bouroullec brothers, the Lighthouse lamp is an elegant equation between traditional craftsmanship and industrial processes. The large Murano glass lampshade is hand-blown. It’s the fruit of ancestral know-how. This large lampshade is held above the marble column by an aluminium arm. In this way, the lampshade is as if "suspended" and gives the impression of floating like a light bubble. The designers wanted to create a glass sculpture of imposing dimensions, delicately placed on a marble base, emphasising the fragility of this precious object. Assembled onto the marble base with a single point of contact, without fixing, the glass lampshade floats freely, as if still hanging from the glass blower's pipe. A very unusual visual effect! Highly sculptural, the Lighthouse lamp offers a subtle game of balance and proportions. It has already established itself as a timeless must-have of decades to come. This lamp with its classic style also has a modern, designer look.
