About Liberation By Sylvia Tirado In partnership with The Prince’s Trust, we have teamed up for their #ChangeAGirls. Life campaign that recognises and addresses the challenges that young women in the UK face today. With the campaign centred around Women Supporting Women, we launched a creative competition for talented young female artists from all over the UK to create a piece of artwork that captures the spirit of what this message means to them. We received an exceptional amount of truly inspiring pieces, which we whittled down to 6 worthy winners, with each winner's artwork created into professional art prints that are guaranteed to make a statement on any stylish gallery wall. In support of the #ChangeAGirls. Life campaign, we are donating 25% from every sale of this print directly to The Prince’s Trust, to help empower, nurture and transform the lives of young women. Liberation by Sylvia Tirado is a remarkable art piece that uses a variety of mediums such as etching and printing to illustrate her chosen theme on womanhood and the female experience. Exploring the important issue of domestic abuse, a leading cause of female injury, this inspiring artwork pays homage to those who fall victim to this crime. The climbing growth of flowers in the centre of the piece symbolise freedom and regrowth which starkly contrasts to two comber women who represent that there is hope for victims. This A2 art print is available framed or unframed. Why We Think You’ll Love The Liberation Art Piece By Sylvia Tirado Sylvia Tirado is a 16 year old Latin-American born artist who now lives in London. Her aim to raise awareness towards domestic abuse bloomed after reading many survivor stories and being inspired by how strong women can be. She aims for her art to conjure an emotion in her audience and in turn, take action to create an actual change in the world. Where To Style Liberation By Sylvia Tirado Art Piece This inspiring piece of statement artwork not only deserves to be seen but it’s a marvellous talking point too. We suggest displaying it in a high traffic area of your home such as the living room or hallway on a fabulous feature wall. Pass the message of this artwork on by gifting this beautiful artwork to a woman or girl in your life. Rockett St George will donate 25% of all sales from this product between 8th March 2022 - 8th March 2023 to The Prince's Trust in support of the #ChangeAGirls. Life campaign. I love this piece because of its striking monochrome design and modern feel, making it a versatile option for a variety of interiors. It works particularly well in contemporary and minimalist schemes, adding visual interest without overwhelming the space. For styling, consider pairing it with other monochrome accents or textured accessories to create a cohesive look. When choosing between framed or unframed, think about the overall aesthetic you want; a frame gives it a polished finish suitable for more classic environments, while unframed can offer a more casual, artsy vibe. It's ideal above a sideboard, in a gallery wall, or even as a statement piece in a reading nook. Practical tip: ensure the orientation matches the layout of your space, and consider adding proper lighting to highlight its details.
