Description
The geometric lines seen in this original abstract painting take inspiration from the traditional tiles, or 'azulejos', seen in Portugal. Ruth Philo's paintings explore abstractaction through colour, light and surface, often drawing inspiration from the artist's everyday life. She mixes materials from pigments to things picked up on her travels on a variety of surfaces such as canvas, linen and wooden panels.
Our Stylist Says
I love the Libera piece for its clean geometric design and calming colour palette, making it a versatile addition to many interiors. It works particularly well in modern, minimalist spaces or Scandinavian-inspired schemes where its subtle patterns can add visual interest without overwhelming. When styling this artwork, consider pairing it with neutral or soft-toned furnishings to let the piece stand out, and hang it at eye level in a living room or hallway for maximum impact. Practical tip: keep surrounding decor simple to highlight its geometric detail, and consider using lighting to emphasise its colour and texture.

Soho Home's journey began from a simple love for their unique designs. The brand's inception was sparked by guests' desires to take a piece of Soho Houses with them, cherishing their favourite items from these comforting spaces.
This led to the birth of Soho Home in 2016 with their Barwell crystal glassware. Fast forward, the brand has expanded beyond just a few staples, encompassing a wide array of interior items ranging from furniture and tableware to home fragrances and textiles.
