Our Stylist Says

I love this Moroccan Bazaar style ceiling lamp in bronze for adding a rich, worldly touch to a space. Its intricate design and colourful gemstones make it a real statement piece that works beautifully in bohemian, eclectic, or Mediterranean-inspired interiors. It pairs well with warm-tined metals and textured fabrics, creating a cosy, inviting atmosphere. For practical styling, hang it in a dining area or above a side table to maximise its visual impact, and consider layering with softer lighting options to avoid overwhelming the space. Its size and weight mean it’s best suited to ceilings with good support, ensuring it’s both a focal point and a safe feature in your room.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
