I’m a fan of this cream and gold bedside unit because it strikes a balance between pared-back modern and a touch of luxe. The matt cream finish keeps things light - ideal for Scandi or contemporary rooms - while the slim gold handles add just enough shine to lift a neutral scheme.
Styling wise, keep the top simple: a small lamp, a stack of two or three favourite books and a single bud vase work perfectly. Inside the drawers you can store nighttime essentials (glasses, charging cables, notepad), so the surface never feels cluttered.
