Our Stylist Says
This headboard is a smart choice for adding a touch of luxe to smaller bedrooms, thanks to its compact size and plush velvet finish. The black colour makes it versatile, working well in both contemporary and classic interiors. It pairs especially well with neutral tones or bold colour schemes, offering a sleek backdrop for layered bedding or statement cushions. Practical styling tips include keeping the surrounding décor clean and simple to highlight the headboard’s cosy texture, or contrasting it with metallic accents for a modern edge. Its sturdy, floor-standing design also adds stability and a sense of permanence to your bed setup, making it both functional and fashionable.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
