I’m a fan of this cream and gold mid sleeper because it combines a neat, elevated sleeping space with plenty of clever storage - drawers, cupboards and an open trolley for books or toys. It sits well in Scandi-inspired or neutral contemporary bedrooms and can be dressed up with pastel bedding or bolder accent cushions. For styling, tuck a soft rug underneath to define the area, add woven baskets in the open shelves for toys and use coordinating gold-trimmed accessories (a lamp or picture frames) to tie the look together. A slim potted plant beside it brings a touch of greenery without cluttering the footprint.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
