Our Stylist Says
I love this headboard for its bold mustard colour and plush velvet finish, which instantly adds warmth and richness to any bedroom décor. It works particularly well in modern, eclectic, or retro interiors where statement pieces are key. To style it effectively, consider pairing with neutral bedding to let the headboard stand out, or add patterned cushions for a bit of visual interest. It’s also versatile enough to complement both minimalist and maximalist schemes-just keep surrounding accessories simple if you want it to be the feature, or layer in other mustard or ochre accents for a cohesive look. Practical tips include anchoring the bed with a coordinated bedspread or throw and adding some greenery nearby for a fresh touch.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
