Our Leif wood extending dining table is a gorgeously simple wood dinner table that comfortably seats 4 when 'closed' and up to 6 when extended. A mid-century modern piece, the rectangular wooden tabletop has rounded corners and it sits of 4 tapered wooden legs. The Leif will look fantastic whatever your home style, working well in warm neutral modern spaces, clean Scandi-inspired rooms or even bolder colourful spaces. Constructed from 100 solid rubberwood with a wood veneer. The table is extendable, with an easy-to-operate butterfly mechanism - simply pull either end of the table to open, and flip out the folding central section - meaning there's plenty of room for entertaining and enjoying family dinners. Dress it up with modern dining chairs for a contemporary look. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
