Ukrainian designer Kateryna Sokolova drew inspiration from American sculptor Alexander Calder to design the Leaves collection. This metal floor lamp looks like an aerial mobile, slender and elegant. This rhythmic construction of simple geometric shapes is imbued with a strong sculptural dimension. The large solid terrazzo base contrasts nicely with the light shape of the lamp. Highly mobile, this floor lamp allows the light to be directed with precision thanks to its long tilting, rotating arm. At the end of the long arm, the delicate folded disc conceals the LED light source. The lampshade rotates to direct the light according to your needs. Highly sculptural, the Leaves floor lamp is a luminous totem, a centrepiece that will dress your home with panache. Young Ukrainian designer Kateryna Sokolova wasted no time establishing herself as one of the most promising designers of the moment. She has already won some prestigious awards: Red Dot Design Award 2015, Industart – International Industrial Design Awards 2015.
