Care advice • Once unrolled, you must wait a few days for the carpet to return to its initial shape.. • To keep the edges flat, roll your mat in the opposite direction. Leave it like this for an hour then put it back flat and place a heavy object on it for 2 days. • New, the carpet may give off an odour which dissipates over time. Remember to regularly ventilate your room to reduce it. • To preserve its appearance, rotate your rug regularly in one direction or the other to minimise localised wear in the same places (due to successive passages), and loss of colour due to regular light. Care Advice • Vacuum regularly. • To remove a stain, immediately dab the carpet with an absorbent tissue or damp cloth if necessary. For larger and deeper stains, you can call a professional service. Our Stylist Says
I love this runner for adding a bold yet versatile touch to a variety of interiors. Its rectangular shape makes it ideal for hallways, kitchens, or entryways, where it can introduce pattern and colour without overwhelming the space. The design is contemporary and lively, so it works well in modern, eclectic, or mid-century settings. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral furniture to let the rug be a statement piece, or layering it over a plain carpet for added texture. Make sure to use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping, and consider complementary accessories like cushions or curtains in similar colour tones to create a cohesive look.

About La Redoute
A Legacy of French Fashion
La Redoute has been around for 180 years. It started as a place that made wool products and grew into a popular online store for home and fashion items from France.
They've always tried to bring the unique French style to everyone and have changed with the times, especially in understanding the changing roles of women. For them, it's not just about selling products; it's about celebrating the art of everyday living and the quintessential French "je ne sais quoi".
Sustainability and Environmental Consciousness
La Redoute's commitment to the environment and sustainability is unwavering. They have taken commendable steps like joining the Better Cotton Initiative and ensuring their paper stock comes from sustainably-managed forests.
As a proud member of the Fur Free Retailer Program, they stand against the use of real fur and certain other materials, showcasing their concern for animal well-being.
Their transportation choices, too, echo their eco-conscious ethos. By using means like barges and trains, they actively reduce CO2 emissions, highlighting their drive to make choices beneficial for the planet.
Championing Social Responsibility
Beyond its fashion-forward vision, La Redoute actively champions societal values. Their signature on the UN's Global Compact underscores their commitment to sustainable development.
They take pride in being accessible to all, with their website catering to both the hearing and visually impaired. Moreover, La Redoute's dedication to social causes is evident in their support for equal opportunities, their stand against violence towards women through partnerships like Solfa, and their endeavours to empower employees, fostering a culture of responsible entrepreneurship.
