Description

Cascading chains of frosted beads, attached to a chrome finish frame make the chandelier a true show stopper. Ideal for making a statement in your bedroom, living room or hallway. With three tiers of beautiful beads, the six lights sparkle from the centre of the chandelier, creating a dramatic and dazzling light display in your room when lit. Lower ceilings? No worries! The chain on the Laura Chandelier is adjustable, allowing you to position it to suit your home.

Our Stylist Says

The Laura Chandelier is a striking choice for adding a touch of modern elegance to various interiors. Its chrome finish lends a sleek, contemporary vibe, making it ideal for minimalist, industrial, or modern art deco spaces. I love how the clear, geometric design can serve as a focal point without overwhelming the room-perfect for foyers, dining areas, or even a sophisticated bedroom ceiling. Practical styling tips include pairing it with simple, understated furniture to allow the light fixture to stand out, and using warm or neutral-toned bulbs to balance the reflective surface for a welcoming glow. Overall, it’s a versatile piece that can elevate both classic and contemporary interiors seamlessly.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
