Price History

Description

The Ainsworth wall light by Laura Ashley is a graceful wall light fitted with an enclosed clear wavey glass, this exterior wall light has a matt powder-coated finish. This is a perfect outdoor light fitting for beside or over a doorway. Bulb not included; takes 1 x 40W max ES GLSAlthough this outdoor light has been designed for outdoor environments and tested to IP44 standards, it is unsuitable for harsh coastal environments, including any area with salty air conditions. Installing in a coastal or harsh environment may mean the finish of this light degrades much more quickly and cannot be covered under warranty. This light should not be installed on surfaces that could contain corrosive substances, including lime-based renders or paint.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this wall light’s clean, understated design, which makes it versatile for a variety of outdoor spaces. The matt cream finish adds a subtle warmth that works well with neutral or soft colour schemes, creating a welcoming curb appeal. It’s ideal for pairing with both modern and traditional exteriors, especially when combined with natural materials like wood or stone. For styling tips, position it around entryways or along garden paths to enhance usability while maintaining a cohesive look. Using warm-toned bulbs can soften the glow and make outdoor evenings more inviting without overpowering the overall aesthetic.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
