Description

Make a bold statement in your space with our Beehive Large Ceramic Vase in Cream, a striking and unique piece that looks gorgeous in any room. Combining contemporary design and a sculptural flair, the beehive-inspired design offers a visually captivating texture, while the creamy colour exudes elegance and sophistication. Its large size allows for showcasing generous floral arrangements or serving as a standalone decorative accent.

Our Stylist Says

This large beehive style vase works beautifully in minimalist or Scandi-inspired interiors thanks to its clean, neutral tone and subtle textured design. I love it as a standalone statement piece on a console table or mantel, where its unique ridged form can be appreciated up close. Practical styling tips include pairing it with dried flowers, simple foliage, or even leaving it empty for a modern, sculptural effect. Its understated cream finish makes it versatile enough to complement colour palettes ranging from soft neutrals to darker, contrasting shades, making it a useful addition to many contemporary settings.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
