An attractive, modern styled, ready to assemble Surface Bookcase for use only in conjunction with cabinets from the product. Manufactured in a stylish Light Grey Painted Effect with Light Oak Effect Tops or a Smoked Oak Effect, and finished in a robust, easy-clean surface resistant material to withstand the rigors of everyday life. The surface bookcase features include 25mm thick tops with durable PVC edging, an 18mm thick back panel for rigidity and strength together with adjustable shelves providing practical storage options. Attention to detail is visible with features that include the use of felt at the base of the bookcase. The surface bookcase is for use with the additional products within this collection, to provide an innovative solution to working from home, creating a stylish, professional workspace for all the family to enjoy.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
