Designed by Hans Coray for Vitra in 1938, the Landi Chair in matte anodised aluminium is perfectly suited to both indoor and outdoor use. Originally designed for the 1939 Swiss National Exhibition, the lightweight and stackable Landi Chair is lauded for its technical innovation and optimal use of materials. Contemporary and striking, this classic design would make a fresh addition to any space. Closely associated with key Dadaists and the Concrete Art movement in Zurich, Hans Coray designed the Landi Chair at the suggestion of the architect Hans Fischli. From then onwards Coray continued to create elegant yet practical furniture for the modern home.
