Description
A refill for Lancôme's Miracle Cushion Foundation. An innovative hybrid foundation, combining the fresh and light feel of a liquid foundation with the practical portability of a compact. Freshens, evens and protects the skin from UVA and UVB light, while providing sheer, natural and buildable coverage. Open the compact to reveal a sponge-like, bouncy cushion containing the tinted foundation. The sponge design keeps the foundation safely contained, and releases just the right amount for each application. The formala features an SPF23/PA++, and pine needle extract. Also includes ester oil and glycerine to hydrate skin, and adenosine for its anti-wrinkle effect. The compact is refillable, allowing ease of re-use and letting you switch shades between seasons.

For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy.
