Amaryllis and agapanthus flowers sit gracefully amongst leaves and branches in this charming cushion. The design is made of stitch embroidered leaves and branches, tuft-embroidered flower buds, appliqued rope stems and silver lurex leaves, and short white tassels that represent flower heads. It's a wonderful collection of needlework techniques against an oatmeal cotton ground and fawn plain reverse, trimmed with herringbone braid on the side edges. We love the muted tonal palate of oatmeal and fawn with just gentle bursts of pale blue and dusky green, white and grey. Charmingly pretty, whilst being tactile and visually intriguing, it's the ideal cushion for your bedroom, plumped in front of your bed pillows or positioned on a bedroom chair. Perfectly plumped with an ethically sourced luxury feather inner pad, and sealed with a zip on the underside. Cover is 100% cotton (exclusive of decoration). Wash inside out or wipe clean.
I love this flower-embellished cushion for adding subtle texture and a touch of elegance to a boudoir or living space. Its embroidered floral design makes it a versatile piece that works well in feminine or vintage-inspired interiors, but it can also soften more neutral or contemporary settings. For styling, try pairing it with other textured cushions in complementary colours to create a layered, cosy look on a bed or daybed. It’s equally effective in a mix of fabrics, like linen and velvet, to add visual interest without overwhelming the space. Keep in mind that this cushion’s detail makes it best suited for areas where it can be displayed and appreciated rather than used for lounging.
