I’m a fan of this mahogany twin-pedestal desk for its sturdy, traditional look and generous storage - it’s especially at home in a classic home office or study with panelled walls and leather seating. To style it, keep the desktop uncluttered: a slim brass desk lamp, a leather blotter and a couple of neat organisers emphasise its elegance without hiding the wood grain. Pair with a high-back leather chair in warm tones, add a potted fern or fiddle-leaf fig for a touch of greenery, and hang a single framed print above to balance the proportions. The rich finish also works well against soft neutral walls or deep forest greens for a refined, cohesive scheme.
