Description

Designed by artist Luca Nichetto, the La Dama Purple Hill Scented Candle is expertly crafted by legendary Italian ceramics brand Ginori 1735.Featuring notes of bergamot, violet and white woods, the candle is presented in a porcelain holder depicting a feminine face with ethereal elegance. Each candle boasts a burn time of approximately 20 hours. The Ginori 1735 fragrances are developed by Jean Niel, the oldest perfume house in France, founded in 1779 in Grasse. The name Ginori 1735 references the eighteenth-century origins of the premium ceramics brand. Founded just outside Florence, the porcelain factory soon became a worldwide style icon, and each piece is made today in the exact same estate. Collaborating with the likes of Gio Ponti, Achille Castiglioni and Enzo Mari among others, Ginori 1735 works with some of the biggest names in Italian design.

Our Stylist Says

I love this one for its sculptural look; the face-shaped motif adds a modern, artistic touch that works particularly well in minimalist or contemporary interiors. It’s versatile enough to sit on a coffee table, sideboard, or even in a bathroom for a touch of colour and character. For styling, try pairing it with neutral or monochrome décor to let the candle’s rich purple hue stand out, or contrast it with warmer tones for a cosy feel. Practical tip: position it at varying heights using small trays or books for an interesting display, and ensure it’s away from drafts to prolong the scent’s release. Overall, it’s a chic addition that brings both colour and a sculptural element to your space.
