Our Stylist Says
I’m a fan of this red-trimmed corner gaming desk for its clean lines and space-saving shape. It slots neatly into both minimalist and industrial-style rooms, especially home offices or gaming dens where bold accents lift a neutral palette. To style it, keep the desktop clear apart from a slim monitor(s) and a compact desk lamp. Tuck cables away with adhesive clips or a cable tray under the top tier. Add a small potted plant or two on the upper shelf to soften the look, and consider LED strip lighting beneath that tier for subtle mood lighting. A matte-black gaming chair or a simple swivel office chair in charcoal will complete the setup without clashing with the red detail.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
