I’m a fan of this L-shaped home-office desk because it makes the most of a corner without feeling bulky, and the warm brown top with slim metal legs suits both industrial and Scandi-inspired schemes. It works especially well against a muted or charcoal-painted wall, where the wood grain brings welcome warmth. For styling, I’d keep the surface clear except for a compact task lamp, a slim monitor on one side and a laptop on the other, then use the under-shelf to stow baskets or a printer. A small potted plant or two softens the metal frame, while a tidy bulletin board above helps keep cables and notes organised.
