Description

Made in the UK The Winged Button bed frame from Koti Home will transform your bedroom into a chic, hotel-style space. The headboard has a curved, winged design and it's decorated with classic button detailing. Plus, there are solid slats in the base which provide a firmer level of support for your mattress. This bed frame calls for dark, luxurious fabrics to create a dramatic look, or choose soft, muted tones to create a more serene environment. This bed frame can be upholstered in a fabric of your choice: Luxe Velvet : this is an incredibly soft fabric which has a deep and luxurious pile. Available in a more elevated colour palette for an extra touch of grandeur Vintage Velvet : this short pile fabric is great if you want to create an impact with colour in your bedroom Classic Linen Look : this soft woven fabric looks and feels like linen and its subtle tones are ideal for creating a sense of calm in your space Heritage Soft : this super-soft fabric is inspired by the warmth and cosiness of woolen fabrics, but made from 100% polyester, it's much more durable Want to see it first? Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this winged upholstered bed for its smart, button-tufted headboard and clean lines - it instantly gives a room a tailored yet comfortable feel. The neutral fabric and subtle winged sides suit everything from contemporary and Scandi schemes to more classic or transitional interiors, so you can change your look without replacing the bed. For styling, layer textured linens and a mix of cushions in complementary tones to highlight the upholstery. Keep bedside tables slim and add a pair of brass or matte-black lamps for contrast. A low-pile rug beneath the frame will ground the bed and add warmth underfoot.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
