Description

Made in the UK It's in the name. Koti Home's Fluted bed frame is designed with fluted detail on the high, square headboard, which adds texture and gives this simple frame a more modern look. It's made from robust chipboard and has solid slats in the base which provide a firmer support for your mattress. This bed frame can be upholstered in a fabric of your choice: Luxe Velvet : this is an incredibly soft fabric which has a deep and luxurious pile. Available in a more elevated colour palette for an extra touch of grandeur Vintage Velvet : this short pile fabric is great if you want to create an impact with colour in your bedroom Classic Linen Look : this soft woven fabric looks and feels like linen and its subtle tones are ideal for creating a sense of calm in your space Heritage Soft : this super-soft fabric is inspired by the warmth and cosiness of woolen fabrics, but made from 100% polyester, it's much more durable Want to see it first? Our Stylist Says

I love this bed frame for its sleek, contemporary design with the fluted upholstery adding subtle texture that elevates a modern bedroom. It works particularly well in minimalist or Scandi-inspired interiors, where clean lines and understated elegance are key. To style around it, I recommend adding layered bedding in neutral tones or soft pastels to keep the look fresh, while a few decorative cushions in contrasting fabrics or colours can introduce visual interest. This bed’s strong presence makes it a great focal point in larger bedrooms, and it pairs beautifully with light wood or monochrome furniture to create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. Practical tip: consider placing it against a feature wall to further highlight its design and create a cosy, inviting space.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
