Koti Home's Button bed frame has a timeless, adaptable design that works well in both modern and more traditional bedrooms. Made from robust chipboard with classic button detailing on the high headboard, it has an elegant profile that calls for crisp white linens and cosy textiles. Solid slats in the base provide a firmer support for your mattress. This bed frame can be upholstered in a fabric of your choice: Luxe Velvet: this is an incredibly soft fabric which has a deep and luxurious pile. Available in a more elevated colour palette for an extra touch of grandeur Vintage Velvet: this short pile fabric is great if you want to create an impact with colour in your bedroom Classic Linen Look: this soft woven fabric looks and feels like linen and its subtle tones are ideal for creating a sense of calm in your space Heritage Soft: this super-soft fabric is inspired by the warmth and cosiness of woolen fabrics, but made from 100% polyester, it's much more durable Want to see it first? I’m a fan of this button-upholstered bed frame for its clean lines and versatile neutral fabric - it sits equally well in a contemporary suite or a softer, Scandi-inspired space. The tufted headboard adds just enough detail without overwhelming, so you can layer it with textured throws and a mix of cushions in contrasting tones. For styling, position slim bedside tables with matching metal or marble accents to echo the bed’s turned wooden legs. A tall mirror or a couple of slim botanical prints either side will balance the height of the headboard. Keep bedding crisp in linen or cotton, then add a chunky knit throw at the foot for a lived-in feel. Regularly vacuum the upholstery and spot-clean any marks to maintain its fresh appearance.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion
John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.
Adapting to Changing Times
Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.
Commitment to a Greater Purpose
John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
