A clever and versatile piece for your child's bedroom or guest room, the oak Kona Bed from ferm LIVING offers a minimal Scandinavian aesthetic with practical seating options. Inspired by traditional Japanese 'low living', the bed is crafted from an MDP core with a natural oak veneer. 'Kona' derives from the Japanese word for corner, indicative of the bed's multi-function as a daybed, relaxed sofa, or single sleeper. Danish designer Trine Andersen, the founder of ferm LIVING, aims to design pieces for the small and candid moments in everyday life. Alongside this, ferm LIVING ensures that everything it produces is crafted with hardy materials using traditional craftsmanship. Requires: 90cm x 200cm mattress (not included).
