Description
The Kite Pendant blends pure, geometric silhouettes with a soft, textured materiality. The sleek, linear design of the Kite Pendant recalls the lines of Japanese architecture. The Kite Pendant is made from Tyvek: this translucent, fibrous synthetic material looks and feels like paper, but performs like anything but. Lightweight, it's also highly resistant and durable (tear-proof, resistant to water, abrasion and ageing).A soft, delicate light is diffused through Tyvek. The light is sculpted into the fibrous material, revealing slight marbling. A poetic fragility emanates from this large volume of light. In the two-tone version, the Black stripes emphasize the geometric shapes and reveal the volumes. The Kite Pendant is available in 3 sizes. Installed in clusters, Kite suspensions create a spectacular scenography.
