Our Stylist Says
The Kira glass dome pendant is a sleek, contemporary piece that adds a touch of industrial charm to various interiors. I love how its simple black finish and clear glass shades create a timeless yet modern look that works well in urban, minimalist, orScandinavian styled spaces. It’s particularly effective over kitchen islands or dining tables, where it offers practical task lighting without overwhelming the space. For styling tips, consider pairing it with exposed filament LEDs or vintage-style bulbs to enhance its industrial appeal, and keep the surrounding decor minimal to let the pendant stand out as a statement feature. Its adaptable design makes it a versatile choice for most modern homes looking for an elegant, functional lighting solution.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
