Our Stylist Says
I love this lion canvas for its bold yet neutral colour palette, which makes it versatile across a range of interiors. It looks striking as a statement piece in a living room or above a fireplace, especially when paired with natural textures like wood or linen. The soft tones also mean it can balance well in more contemporary spaces or even in boho settings. Practical styling tips include placing it within a gallery wall, where it can serve as a focal point, or framing it with minimal hardware to maintain a clean aesthetic. This piece works particularly well in spaces aiming for a mix of sophistication and warmth, adding a touch of majesty without overwhelming the room.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
