The bottom shelf again gives extra storage for magazines, books or anything you want to. Made from solid timber and MDF sections and is finished in a rich oak or mahogany colour. Home assembly required.

I really like this oak bedside table because of its classic, versatile appeal. It works well in traditional and farmhouse interiors, but can also bring warmth to more contemporary spaces when styled thoughtfully. The two drawers provide practical storage for essentials, keeping bedside clutter tidy, while the open lower shelf offers space for books or decorative items. For styling, I recommend adding a simple table lamp, a small plant or lamp, and perhaps a few favourite books or framed photos on top. Its natural oak finish makes it easy to pair with various colour palettes, from neutral tones to richer, deeper hues, making it a flexible piece to incorporate into your bedroom.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth.
