With style and durability at the heart of the design, KETTLER's Palma outdoor furniture is made of weatherproof synthetic wicker with a 6mm half-round weave on powder-coated aluminium frames, creating a hard-wearing traditional rattan look. Key features: Corner garden sofa unit, 2 footstools, dining table Comfortable shower-resistant cushions Traditional-style handwoven synthetic wicker Weatherproof, rustproof and UV-resistant Lightweight yet robust aluminium frames Easy to maintain Match with other furniture in the Palma range Eight-seater set The set includes a corner sofa unit that comfortably seats up to six people. A pair of matching footstools add two extra seats. The dining table has an Infinitree top, made from 100% engineered plastic using recycled materials that retain a beautiful wood appearance. Durable and weatherproof Built to last, the set is made with lightweight yet sturdy powder-coated aluminium frames and handwoven synthetic wicker with a tight 6mm half-round weave. The set is weatherproof, rustproof and UV-resistant, so it can remain outdoors all year round without it fading or cracking. Low maintenance The set needs just an annual clean with mild soapy water (without abrasive solvents). The cushions are sponge clean only. If you wish to cover your furniture, a breathable cover can be used but make sure the furniture is dry before pulling it over the top. Soft and comfortable cushions The seating comes with soft, comfortable seat cushions and backrests that keep their shape. The double-piped cushions are shower-resistant and easy to remove. Store them when not in use and bring them inside during winter months. Want to see it first? You may want to see and get a feel for the product in one of our shops before ordering. Our Stylist Says

I love the Palma set for its versatile, contemporary design that works well in both modern and coastal-inspired gardens. Its neutral grey tone makes it easy to style with a variety of colours and textures, whether you opt for bright cushions and accessories or a more subdued, earthy palette. As a stylist, I suggest pairing it with outdoor cushions in vibrant or patterned fabrics to add personality and comfort. It’s practical too, with a sturdy build suitable for al fresco dining or relaxing with family and friends, and the corner layout maximises space efficiently. To keep it looking its best, consider using weatherproof accessories and storing cushions when not in use. Overall, this set offers a stylish yet functional focal point for any garden setting.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
