Description

Perfect for storing your vast collection of books, dvds and other trinkets, this Kensington Kashmir Bookcase is beautifully crafted with a Kashmir gloss finish to add a touch of glamour to your room. With its range of neutral shades, you can choose the colour to match your preferred interior style, ensuring it will perfectly complement other modern furniture in your living room. The three shelves are sturdy and fixed, providing you with ample space for storing all of your items, or use it as a feature display piece that will become a talking point amongst guests.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this Kashmir bookcase for its clean lines and neutral Bardolino oak finish - it slots straight into contemporary, Scandinavian or minimalist schemes without overwhelming a space. The three adjustable shelves give you enough room for novels or display pieces, while the slim profile makes it ideal for narrower alcoves or hallways. To style it, mix books grouped by height or colour with a few plants and small ceramic vases to break up the straights lines, then tuck woven baskets on the bottom shelf for concealed storage. In a home office, pair it with a simple desk and brass-finish lamp; in the living room, balance it opposite a low media console to keep your eye moving around the room.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
