Our Stylist Says
The Kenley Extending dining table with its warm oak finish and versatile size options is great for both everyday meals and larger gatherings, offering practical flexibility. Paired with the Riano chairs in black, it creates a subtle contrast that suits modern, Scandinavian, or even eclectic interiors. I love how the natural wood adds warmth to a neutral colour palette, while the black chairs provide a sleek, contemporary touch. For styling tips, try adding textural elements like a woven runner or placemats to soften the look, and consider incorporating greenery or colourful crockery to bring personality to the setup. It works particularly well in open-plan kitchens or dining areas where functionality and style need to go hand in hand.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
