I’m a fan of this slate-blue chest for its clean lines and solid build - it injects colour without overwhelming a room. The muted blue works well in Scandi schemes, coastal retreats or modern country homes, and the chrome-effect cup handles give it a crisp, contemporary edge.
Styling tip: keep the top surface uncluttered with a simple table lamp, a low vase of fresh foliage and maybe a small tray for daily bits and bobs. Position it under a round mirror to reflect light, or flank it with woven baskets on either side for extra storage. In a bedroom it makes a great bedside table; in an entrance hall, it’s perfect for corralling keys and post.
