Our Stylist Says
The Kendal 1.4 table and Meah chairs set is a practical yet stylish choice for modern dining spaces. I love its versatile tan hue, which effortlessly complements both contemporary and rustic interiors, making it a flexible addition to various colour schemes. This set works particularly well in open-plan kitchens or casual dining areas where a balance of comfort and style is desired. For styling tips, consider layering with textured tableware or adding a runner to enhance visual interest. Pairing it with soft, neutral accessories or couple it with some statement pendant lighting can create an inviting, cosy atmosphere. Whether you’re going for a minimalist look or something a bit more eclectic, this set’s neutral tones and clean design form a strong foundation.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
