Table lamp KD28 - Joe Colombo's luminous icon reissued by KartellCreated in 1967 by Milanese visionary Joe Colombo (1930-1971), the KD28 is back today in a re-edition faithful to its avant-garde spirit. Its design finds its origin in a singular inspiration: the upper part of an Umbrella holder imagined in 1966 by Gino Colombini for Kartell. A nod to the Italian company's roots, revealing the fertile dialogue between the great designers of the time. Historic design reinventedWith its sculptural forms and Frozzed Lampshade, the KD28 embodies all the creative force of the 60s. Now made from solution-tinted recycled PMMA, it combines historical fidelity with ecological awareness. This material is derived from the reclamation of industrial surpluses from the furniture, automotive and household appliance industries, carefully selected to maintain impeccable aesthetic and structural quality.
