On receiving your rug, please unroll and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before using to reduce wrinkles and curling from packaging. Can be carefully vacuumed using a floor or brush attachment. Occasionally rotate the rug to equalise wear. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry white cloth and do not rub. Do not pull any loose threads, please cut carefully with scissors to remove. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Please note, unfortunately we cannot deliver this item to the Channel Islands.
