Description

The Kensington runner creates a barrier from the outdoors and stops the dirt from getting in. Our range is perfect for any entrance, kitchen, hallway or in fact just about anywhere in the home. The pile gets deep into the soles of shoes, boots and paws to remove excess dirt and moisture and the fibres soak up moisture to help keep floors dry. The two tone flecked design hides dirt keeping the product looking cleaner for longer, when they start to look dirty, they are machine washable at 30 degrees.

Our Stylist Says

I love this stripe runner for its versatile, understated design-perfect for adding a practical yet stylish touch to hallways, kitchens, or even under a breakfast table. The neutral tones make it easy to incorporate into various colour schemes, especially if you’re aiming for a laid-back, contemporary look. It works well in both modern and more traditional interiors, providing durability while helping to protect flooring from everyday wear and tear. For styling, consider pairing it with simple, sleek furniture or adding a few coordinating accessories like cushion covers or placemats to create a cohesive look. Its practicality makes it ideal for high-traffic areas, and the stripe pattern adds just enough visual interest without overwhelming the space.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
