Description

* Jute and wool blend * Hand crafted quality * Flecks of colour create a distinctive, one-of-a-kind look Elevate your home with the timeless appeal of our Jute Boucle Rug, expertly handcrafted from a blend of jute and wool. Designed for durability and style, this rug features subtle flecks of colour woven throughout, making each piece truly unique. Perfect for high-traffic areas, it combines natural texture with classic elegance, an effortless way to add warmth and character to any space. Why Jute? Jute rugs offer a beautifully rustic texture and the fibres are impressively durable, making them perfect for everyday living. Made from natural plant fibres, they’re ideal for dry, indoor spaces—just keep them away from moisture to prevent damp and mildew. The Rug Pictured is 160x230cm. Care Instructions: Natural fibre rugs such as jute, sisal and seagrass are crafted from plant-based materials, so each one is unique and naturally beautiful. Unroll your rug and leave for 24 hours during first use. Maintain your Jute rug by shaking to remove trapped dirt and debris. Vacuum regularly with a nozzle attachment. Cut any loose fibres with scissors, do not pull. Avoid water and cleaning products, as they could damage or fade the rug. For accidental spills blot immediately with a dry white cloth, do not rub as this may stain the fibres. Rotate every few months to prolong the life of your rug.

Our Stylist Says

I love this jute boucle rug for its natural texture and understated elegance, making it a versatile addition to many interiors. It works particularly well in laid-back or eclectic spaces, adding warmth and a tactile element without overwhelming the decor. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral-toned furniture to let the rug’s earthy hues shine, and incorporate layered textiles like throws or cushions for a cosy yet polished look. Keep in mind that as a natural fibre, it’s best suited to low-moisture areas and requires spot cleaning to maintain its appearance. Overall, it’s a practical yet stylish choice for adding a sense of natural calm to living rooms or bedrooms.
