Description

Bring a stunning industrial look to your home with the Juniper Copper and Black Wall Light. The unusual design of this wall light makes it stand out. With the brackets sitting flush on your wall and the arm reaching out with the light attached to the end of the arm makes this wall light perfect for use as a reading light as well as allowing it to radiate light around your whole room.

Our Stylist Says

I love this wall light because of its sleek combination of copper and black, which adds a modern yet slightly industrial vibe to a space. It works particularly well in contemporary or minimalist interiors, especially when paired with natural materials like concrete or wood. Practical styling tips include placing it next to mirrors, artworks, or headboards to create ambient lighting, and its size makes it ideal for bedrooms, hallways, or living areas. To really make it stand out, consider using an Edison-style bulb for a warm glow and ensuring the cord length allows for adjustable hanging. Overall, this light is versatile and brings a subtle touch of craftsmanship and warmth to any wall.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
