Description

The June 2055 Side Chair by Frank Rettenbacher for Zanotta is a lightweight design with a pure form, made up of a natural oak back, juxtaposed with a 'quadrifoglio' fabric upholstered seat. With a gently faceted form and geometric outline, the seat and back are beautifully complemented by the industrial structure of the base, crafted from white painted steel, while the oak has been treated to enhance the wood's natural grain. Upholstered in Zanotta's 'quadrifoglio' fabric, a rich wool and nylon blend, the slender, contemporary form of the June 2055 Chair would complement an array of interiors with its simple, harmonious aesthetic.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this chair and think it’s a versatile addition to many dining spaces. The oak frame provides warmth and durability, while the Quadrifoglio fabric in soft pink adds a subtle colour touch without overpowering a room. It works well in modern, Scandi, or even eclectic interiors, especially when paired with natural textures or pastel accents. For styling, consider adding a mix of similar chairs around a wooden or marble dining table, or use a couple as statement pieces paired with more neutral seating. Practical tip: the light legs and soft fabric make it ideal for casual dining areas but also easy to keep looking fresh with regular cleaning.
