Our Stylist Says

The Jonas & James Lelia narrow display cabinet is a versatile piece that I love for its practical clean lines and contemporary finish. Its white and oak blend makes it ideal for modern, Scandi, or minimalist interiors, but it can also serve as a subtle contrast in more eclectic schemes. The compact, narrow design is perfect for tighter spaces or as a statement piece in a larger room. Stylistically, I’d recommend using it to display curated decorative objects, books, or cherished keepsakes on the open shelves, while the right-hand door offers hidden storage for less-display-worthy essentials. To keep the look fresh, pair it with other oak accents or soft textiles and consider adding subtle lighting inside to highlight displayed items. This cabinet’s sleek and functional design makes it a flexible addition to many homes.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
