Okay, we're not proud of it, but there isn't always time to give an unmade bed the treatment it deserves. This is a bedspread that was CREATED FOR REAL LIFE, because sometimes you've got to just cover it up and deal with it later. This large yet lightweight bedspread has a crinkled texture for a relaxed look that's great for throwing over duvets and sheets. Back in the factory, we've garment washed and dyed the pure cotton bedspread at the same time to create the pleasingly textured finish. The short fringe adds a softer texture to the edges. Throw it on the bed and you're done. It's available in a choice of muted tones to achieve a boutique hotel-style look, without the hassle. 220 x 220 is recommended for double and kingsize beds. 250 x 260cm allows generous draping on double beds and can comfortably fit beds up to super kingsize. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
