Price History

Description

These lined curtains have a geometric floral design, giving a clean modern look. The width stated indicates the size of one curtain panel when laid completely flat. This pack contains two panels and the track/pole length we've recommended allows for the two panels to be gathered when the curtains are drawn. For a fuller look, increase the curtain width. One pair of 167cm width curtains will fit a curtain track/pole size 133-167cm One pair of 228cm width curtains will fit a curtain track/pole size 182-228cm Worth knowing... We package our curtains in recycled materials to keep them protected whilst they make their way to you. When they arrive they may be creased. We recommend you follow the ironing instructions on the back of the packaging prior to hanging your curtains. Be aware that each style of curtain has different ironing instructions, including heat limitations according to the fabric, so do make sure you follow the guidance provided to get the best results. Our Stylist Says

I love these John Lewis tulip curtains for their classic, timeless appeal and versatile colour palette. The Lake Blue hue adds a gentle touch of colour without overpowering a space, making them well-suited for both contemporary and traditional interiors. They're ideal in rooms where you want to create a calm, inviting atmosphere, like living rooms or bedrooms. Practical styling tips include pairing them with neutral walls or soft furnishings to let the pattern and colour pop, or layering with sheers for privacy without sacrificing light. Their pencil pleat design offers a tailored, neat finish and flexibility in how you hang them, making them a reliable choice for a polished look.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
