Made in the UK, our Theale headboard has a simple design with curved edges and a seam detail across the top. It's a modern and well-padded attachment for your upholstered divan base and the sturdy wooden slats mean you can fit it easily at your desired height. Choose from one of our fabrics: Our Band A fabric, Cotton Effect is woven to create a linen-effect feel, and is available in a versatile palette of colours Our Band A fabric, Brushed Tweed is woven with man-made fibres, making it exceptionally durable and versatile Our Band B fabric, Soft Touch Chenille has a velvet-style, chenille feel. It's woven with man-made fibres to create a beautifully soft yarn and can appear two-tone in different lights Our Band B fabric, Deep Velvet is soft and luxurious like velvet and available in a rich colour palette Our Band B fabric, Mole is a soft and cosy woven wool-blend. Piling and bobbling may occur naturally over time Our Band C fabric, Marylamb is woven from both man-made and natural fibres, creating a tactile and soft-touch feel. Our Band C fabric, Aquaclean Velvet will liven up your bedroom. It's plush, available in a range of bold colours and treated with Aquaclean so that it can be wiped clean with just water. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
