To extend the product's life and appearance, it's recommended to store the furniture in a cool dry, well-ventilated place such as a garage or shed over winter or during periods of unseasonal weather. Ensure that the furniture is clean and completely dry before storing. The steel legs and frame are sturdy and able to withstand a weight of up to 25 stone (160kg) per chair, exceeding the industry standard. The robust design allows the rattan to form its eye-catching shape, with a dense weave ensuring comfortable support. The chairs arrive fully assembled, ready for immediate use. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
