Description

Bringing bold colours to outdoor spaces, our Salsa range of garden furniture features an updated rattan design. This two-seater Salsa sofa is available in a choice of trend colours and patterns to enliven garden patios or conservatories. Thanks to its powder-coated steel and polyweave construction, it's both durable and weather-resistant. To extend the product life and appearance, it is recommended to store the furniture in a cool dry, well-ventilated place such as a garage or shed over winter or during periods of unseasonal weather. Ensure that the furniture is clean and completely dry before storing. The steel legs and frame are sturdy and able to withstand a weight of up to 50 stone (320kg), exceeding the industry standard. The robust design allows the rattan to form its eye-catching shape, with a dense weave ensuring comfortable support. The sofa arrives fully assembled, ready for immediate use. The sleek, low-level height and use of lightweight materials make the sofa ideal for balconies and smaller spaces. Team it up with the matching table and chairs in our Salsa range. The contemporary Salsa range brings a touch of fun to your outdoor area. Perfect pieces to enliven smaller spaces. Key features: Durable and weather-resistant Colourful, contemporary design Robust steel frames withstand 50 stone, exceeding the industry standard Dense weave for comfortable support Perfect for smaller spaces Fully assembled Want to see it first? Our Stylist Says

I’m a big fan of the Salsa two-seater garden sofa for its light, airy weave and slim black legs - it feels contemporary without dominating a space. The neutral rope seat works equally well in urban balconies, modern patios or boho-inspired terraces, and its black-metal frame means you can place it alongside darker planters and side tables without clashing. For styling, add a couple of weather-resistant scatter cushions in muted terracotta or deep green to pick up on the natural fibre tone. A low jute rug underneath will help define your seating area, while a small side table holds drinks or a lantern for evening ambience. Finish with a mix of potted palms and trailing ivy to soften the lines and introduce texture.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
